We will display the Dynamixer Processor tank, which combines high speed mixing with the benefits of a cone bottom processing tank. It can perform three separate process functions all in the same tank: mixing dry or semi-solids into a liquid, chopping and chipping solids, and heating and/or cooling the mixed batch.

We are also featuring our VARO HPT. The VARO HPT features a unique agitator coil design that doubles the heating/cooling surface to significantly reduce production time. This unique design allows for more contact with your product to heat or cool more quickly and uniformly while being gently mixed to keep the shape and structure of the product intact. The optional aroma recovery unit recycles lost flavors back into your product, eliminating the need for artificial additives.

Wow, 2016 has been a whirlwind here at SSWI. We have produced many tanks, catwalks, fermenters, etc. We went to trade shows, made new connections, and gained new and existing customers.
