Supervisor to Superstar:   Igniting the X-factor in high-performance teams Studies confirm what you already know: When we develop self-awareness, “We make sounder decisions, build stronger relationships, and communicate more effectively. We’re less likely to lie, cheat, and steal. We are better workers who get more promotions. And we’re more-effective leaders with more-satisfied employees and more-profitable companies.”  Harvard Business Review What Self-Awareness Really Is, by Tasha Eurich 1-04-2018 Most managers think they are self-aware, while only 10-15% of people studied actually meet the criteria, meaning organizations suffer self-inflicted wounds of higher turnover, more sick days, more trips to HR, and more litigation.
