The plans include developing a new Sparkling Innovation Park (SIP) embedded within its Healdsburg site, consolidating key operations into a single, world-class location. The Lodi facility, which was added as part of the acquisition of Weibel Family Winery in 2023, will be permanently relocated to Healdsburg. The Rack & Riddle Geyserville and Alexander Valley operations will not be impacted by this consolidation.
