The CA Grape Crush report is due on Jan 10th.  All CA wineries (= businesses that hold a type 02 ABC license!) must file this report each year. A couple years ago the CDFA created an EZ version of their scary report. Does your winery qualify to use this much simpler EZ version? That's the topic of a blog I wrote last year.  Take a look to find out. Does your winery qualify to use the EZ version of the CA Grape Crush report?

Wineries are busy filling out a lot of "weigh tags" right now!  I have talked a lot over the years about the do's and don'ts around how to fill these out. A couple of years ago I shared a post about a group of 7 common mistakes being made on weigh tags. These came directly from a discussion I had with a former Deputy Sealer with the Napa County Ag Commissioners office.  Take a look here: https://winecompliancealliance.com/7-no-nos-on-weigh-tags/
