What are Pewter Labels? Pewter labels are a custom label that can be applied to wine and spirit bottles made of pewter and copper. Pewter is a malleable metal alloy, consisting of a mix of tin, antimony, copper, and bismuth. The labels, while perfect for application to wine and spirit glass bottles, are also ideal for a range of products. We have worked with a number of wineries, distilleries for whisky, vodka, gin, as well as olive oil. Global Package’s pewter labels adhere easily onto many surfaces, such as glass, ceramics, wood, and cardboard. The result is a package of unequaled refinement, elegance, and aesthetic appeal that distinguishes products from the competition, or may be used within your own ranging to communicate a sense of prestige and luxury to differentiate from your other products The labels can be custom designed, to provide a unique and distinguished appeal to your bottles. While there are countless and apparent differences between how France, Germany, and the US promote tourism and sell wine directly to customers, there are equal similarities if you look hard enough. As a native of Napa, wine tourism and marketing wash over me. But, on this trip, I found myself in the rare role of a focused tourist. So, I became aware of the marketing cues and delivery vehicles and noted what worked, and what didn’t. HERE’S SOME OF WHAT I LEARNED: 1. YOU CAN’T JUDGE A BAGUETTE BY ITS CRUST.
