Dirt, grease, grime – they’re sticky, smelly, even gross – and they have one job at your facility. To stay put and resist all attempts at cleaning. And you may be helping them to stay put! “Wait a sec!” you say. ‘We use pressure washers and floor scrubbers regularly.” Great! But if you don’t regularly maintain and service your equipment, performance can steadily decline over time – and cost you. The result? When did you last test your wastewater discharge pH? If you have any form of wastewater being discharged, whether from manufacturing & production to cleaning & sanitizing practices – such as the wastewater coming from pressure washing your equipment and vehicles – your business may be subject to both local and State Water Board wastewater discharge regulations. Outside testing is increasing, and violators can be ‘red tagged’, which can result in having to suspend operations and potential fines. There are ways you can avoid the risk of the ‘red tag’. Pressure washer trailers provide the benefits of mobility for easy transport to job sites, versatility for diverse applications, efficiency with high-pressure and cold or hot water cleaning, and freedom from having to plug-in with cordless power and onboard water tanks for remote operation. We can put together the right mobile cleaning trailer that’s right for your needs. They come in a variety of shapes and sizes, but a few key components remain the same: Trailer: Single or double axle trailer with a sturdy frame, wheels and a towing hitch. For added weather protection, start with an enclosed truck or van. Pressure Washer: Choose a high-pressure washer with a powerful engine and high-pressure pump with a heater for hot water industrial cleaning. For remote sites without access to a power source, choose a pressure washer with a gas or diesel engine. Water Tank: A large-capacity tank to store water, enabling the pressure washer to be used in locations without direct water access.

During our recent demos of the new Tuffy Powerload® Battery-Powered Mobile Hot Water Pressure Washer, we were surprised – and so were our customers. Yes, it can run all day on a single charge, yes, it can be plugged into a standard outlet, and yes, its powerful cleaning pressure will scrape labels off barrels and gunk off sidewalk. But what was really surprising? Just how quiet it is. That such a powerful pressure washer could be quiet added to its versatility, and allows it to be used in buildings, parks, schools and worksites without the noise. But don’t take our word for it. Ask us about scheduling a free demo to learn more about just how hard – and quietly – the Tuffy will work for you. Read More

Steam is hot!! And it does a business good – in so many ways. From improved cleaning and sanitation to tackling everything from sterilizing soil to sanitizing tanks and barrels, steam is incredibly versatile. And today’s forward-thinking companies, from wineries to medical facilities to municipalities, are taking notice. So how can you get steamed up? Do you know all of Steam’s super powers? Steam kills germs, viruses, and bacteria. You may not be able to see viruses, bacterias, molds, mildews and other potentially infectious pathogens with your naked eye, but it’s everywhere around you. Because of steam’s high temperatures (over 212 F), it penetrates surface pores, and removes dirt, debris, bacteria, and other tiny elements with hot vapor molecules, that are able to kill even the strongest pathogens like E. Coli and Salmonella. Steam is the best degreaser. When steam is propelled through a nozzle, it cleans grease better than any other
