Emma's lab changed with one reagent and yours could too
🍇 How much do we appreciate feedback from our clients? A ton! 🍇 It was a joy to hear Emma Kudritzki's experiences with our reagents and how it has influenced QC at Mauritson Family Winery: "We originally were working with another enzymatic kit supplier and Admeo’s kits were more affordable with great accuracy and precision, and easy to follow instructions.   After working with Admeo’s acetic acid kit, it was an easy switch over to Admeo’s glucose fructose and malic acid kits.   Admeo has excellent customer service and support. They have very quick responses and are always friendly and eager to help us find solutions." Thank you so much for your kind observations, Emma! We love working with you!

Sonoma County Winegrowers created the Century Club to mark the unique legacies of farm families in the region and it will recognize new families with the honor as they hit the one-hundred-year mark in the years ahead. Each of these farms – and the families behind them – have endured the ups and downs of the cyclical

Introducing the Revolutionary Basket Wine Tank
The Basket Wine Tank is a unique patented design by Westec Tanks. How Clay Mauritson Uses the Basket Tank "We have been working with the 2 ton basket tanks for over three vintages and they have become an integral part of our high end, small lot winemaking program. "The basket tanks are completely covered with a glycol jacket for easy and quick chilling and heating. They can be easily moved around in the cellar for optimal location placement. "We have greatly enjoyed the versatility with which they can be filled: either by direct fill 100% gravity or pumped into over the top. Easy access to the juice because of the interior basket allows for a variety of cap management techniques to be used: manual punchdowns and/or use of any pump type: air pump, Waukesha, centrifugal. "The interior basket also eliminates any confined space dangers because the forklift directly lifts up the skins held within the basket and then the basket is immediately dumped into the pr
