EWE Workshops & Conference: Featuring 38 Speakers and 35 sessions, the EWE program will kick off March 22 with full-day Workshops featuring deep dives on Fruit Wines & Mead, Fining & Filtration, and Fortified Wines. The EWE Conference takes place over two days and will include 20 separate sessions in Enology, Viticulture and Money/Management. It takes place March 23-24.  Trade Show:  The exhibit hall offers the opportunity to meet with suppliers, and see the equipment and goods you need.
