Flexible Wine Filtration Systems The Wine-COR M microfiltration system has a modular design to easily expand as throughput requirements increase. It consists of a base system and expansion modules which can process throughput from 240 - 3200 gallons per hour (gph) (1.0 -12 m3 /hr). The base system is available in two build variants: Wine-COR M Economy and Wine-COR M Plus. Wine-COR M Economy is equipped with an on-skid 75 - gallon membrane CIP tank and is designed for batch operation with two connections to the customer’s raw wine tank (Feed & Return). This CIP tank is replaced with a nitrogen blanketed process tank on Wine-COR M Plus, which allows for topped-off batch operation and only one connection to the customer’s raw wine tank (Feed). The Wine-COR M base system is fully automated, standalone, and capable of filtration rates up to 800 gph (3.0 m3 /hr).
