When we designed Plinth, we didn't start with aesthetics. We started with winemakers' frustrations: unstable surfaces, awkward heights, impossible cleanup, equipment that fights you instead of helping you.

Every design decision emerged from user needs:

• Clean lines? Because complex geometry creates cleaning nightmares
• Purposeful curves? Because sharp edges damage equipment and hands
• Minimal elements? Because every unnecessary part is a potential failure point

But solving problems alone doesn't guarantee beauty. These rational decisions still needed to be orchestrated into a cohesive whole - proportioned correctly, balanced visually, and tuned to resonate with its audience.
