Silver State Stainless recently installed a new fabrication framework at the facility in an effort to increase our share of the high-volume tank market. Our facility construction capacity has increased from 20,000 gallons to 40,000 gallons, meaning we are only volume limited by over-the-road transportation size restrictions at this point.

The new addition reduces facility lead times and lowers tank prices due to handling improvements, fabrication space, and efficiency increases for tanks of this size. The 50-foot frame was erected and installed by the Silver State Stainless team with hopes of increasing vendor diversity in the growing Pacific Northwest region while providing more options to California wineries who may be stymied by ever lengthening lead times from existing regional domestic tank suppliers. 

The inaugural production run utilizing the new framework will be performed for Duck Pond Cellars and will include 40,000 gallon red wine fermenters delivering in July of this year.
