Our technical support is still available 24/7 thanks to remote assistance technology, telephone, e-mail and conference calls. The physical presence of our staff is still available, until otherwise notified, and is using personal protective equipment, implementing sanitizing and social distancing. Our sales team can meet virtually using Skype, email and conference call meetings.

In Italy, our Headquarters is in strict observance of the Italian Council of Ministers Presidency Decree dated 14th March 2020, with regards to COVID-19, which includes limited access to the company with temperature checks before getting into the facility, immediate quarantine for those with suspicious symptoms, separate toilets for suppliers and external carriers, intensification of cleaning and disinfections of all the areas, and working remotely wherever possible.
