Senior Account Manager Needed for Cultivate Systems

Cultivate Systems is the premier on-demand technology provider and online data asset management firm used by leading wineries to address the unique business challenges faced by artisan producers. Cultivate Team Members work hand-in-hand with their winery Clients developing the mission critical tools and services upon which wineries depend - transaction processing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Back-Office Administration, Website Hosting as well as additional services, all in a reliable and secure manner, for many of the most prestigious artisan wineries.

Here is a brief version of what we are seeking:

  • three plus years of proven successful direct-to-consumer (DTC) experience, preferably with a premium or luxury goods retailer and/or a winery
  • solid experience with administration software and SaaS
  • in-depth experience with account planning, account development and retention strategies, forecasting, and risk analysis; solid project management experience
  • proven ability to provide consultative level services and build strong relationships
  • outstanding people management skills; proven track record of recruiting, supervising, and mentoring a team; ability to delegate; possess managerial courage and is not afraid to take an unpopular stand to do the right thing;
  • demonstrated ability to be diplomatic, and not deviate from goals
  • superior analytical skills; excellent Microsoft© Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • outstanding communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
  • extremely detailed oriented and accurate; demonstrates very high personal standards
  • possess high energy level, commitment to excellence, a balanced professional, with a sense of humor and someone who shows a lifetime effort to grow and be a contributor
  • are driven to succeed … as a team
  • value ethics, integrity and superior work environment; have an optimistic attitude.
