Winesecrets has partnered with Sonoma Valley Custom Wine to offer Drop-in, Drive-out Flash Détente service in Sonoma!
Flash Détente can:
- Maximize color extraction and concentrate low brix fruit
- Reduce environmental taints and vegetal flavors
- Remove the need for skin contact during fermentation
Service minimum of 3 tons commencing September 17, 2018. On-site fermentation available.
