We are pleased to announce the completion of the search for the General Manager (GM) for our Client, Elizabeth Spencer Winery. Matthew “Matt” Wood accepted the position from an excellent pool of experienced candidates. Previously Matt was the GM of The Winetasting Network and Estate Director of Domaine Chandon. He currently serves on the Vintners and the Napa Valley Grape Growers Board of Directors. He earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from Leeds University in England. 

Matt’s experience with DTC channels, marketing, and outstanding managerial abilities will be helpful in the further growth of Elizabeth Spencer Winery. Matt’s in-depth knowledge, experience and attitude for success are a winning combination and will enable him to excel in his new role.
