Come check out our new and improved custom crush services!  We purchased new tanks, a new press and a cross flow filter to better service our clients in 2020.  Now we have almost 50 small, open top tanks, two Europress bladder presses and two basket presses (a Carlson 8hl and a Bucher Vaslin 20 hl).  We are very excited about our new Bucher Vaslin FX3 Cross Flow filter.  This is a state of the art cross flow filter that is super gentle with extremely low 02 pick up... and it works great on all of our small lots. Now we can filter our clients wines on a convenient, flexible schedule and at a great price!
