Our Client is the premier on-demand technology provider used by leading wineries to address the unique business challenges faced by artisan producers.  Our Client manages:

·         The allocation and release of new and existing wine vintages.

·         Ecommerce, wine club, and off-line financial transactions.

·         Highly secure client databases and segmentation strategies.

·         Product inventories, shipping fulfillment, reporting, and more …

Below is a brief summary what we are seeking:

     

Ø  five plus years of proven successful experience growing and managing a service organization

 

Ø  in-depth experience with account planning, account development and retention strategies, forecasting, and risk analysis

 

Ø  solid experience with administration software and SaaS; confidence with technology, the Director does not need to “program” but will need to feel comfortable being able to communicate with those who do

 

Ø  in-depth experience with account planning, account development and retention strategies, forecasting, and risk analysis; solid project management experience

 

Ø  proven ability to provide consultative level services and build strong relationships

 

Ø  outstanding people management skills; proven track record of recruiting, supervising, and mentoring a team; ability to delegate; possess managerial courage and is not afraid to take an unpopular stand to do the right thing;

 

Ø  demonstrated ability to be diplomatic, and not deviate from goals

Ø  outstanding communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)

 

Ø  extremely detailed oriented and accurate; demonstrates very high personal standards

 

Ø  possess high energy level, commitment to excellence, a balanced professional, with a sense of humor and someone who shows a lifetime effort to grow and be a contributor
