Mitroff Consulting & Associates, a retained executive search firm, is conducting a search for our Client, a Public Accounting firm. Our Client is an accounting and consulting firm and is one of the largest locally-owned firms in California.  We are interested in talented Tax Professionals with winery industry knowledge and/or experience.  Our Client is located in the heart of the Napa Valley and within their practice, they provide individual, corporate, trust, partnership, limited liability company and estate client services.

 

Here is a brief version of what we are looking for:

 

Ø  proven Public Accounting Tax of at least the current past five years

Ø  a CPA designation is required

Ø  solid knowledge and experience within the wine industry

Ø  proven, successful experience supervising and training Staff and Seniors preferred

Ø  a desire to be a part of a high profile, forward thinking, goal-oriented, and market leading professional firm

Ø  are driven to succeed . . . as a team

Ø  values ethics, integrity and superior work environment on par with compensation

Ø  have an optimistic attitude; a balanced individual with a sense of humor and able to have fun
