Storage and aging of sparkling wines is a very important part of our services at Rack & Riddle. We know and understand that a fully controlled environment is vital for the outcome of a stellar sparkling wine.

Our dedicated staff and related winery resources are all part of the sparkling process, including our investment in custom-made robotics that ensure efficiencies in the aging and production of your bubbly, as well as job safety for our team.

UPDATE TO WINE STORAGE RATES
After many years of absorbing increasing costs while keeping our prices level, we must now institute new storage rates for wines that stay in our care beyond 18-months. The new rates, effective January 1, 2021, are as follows:

PLEASE NOTE: All current contracted storage rates will be honored IF wine is disgorged within the contracted timeframe.

NEW: WINE TRACKING SYSTEM
We have started a new Wine Tracking system. You will be sent reminder emails as your wines reach a milestone (6 months, 9 months, etc). This system will allow us to stay ahead of dose trials, riddling and the disgorging schedule, which means your wines will be finished within the original contracted number of months.
