The Maintenance and Service Supervisor (MSS) position is to assist the After Sales Manager on supervising and organizing the Maintenance Team to ensure the achievement of the yearly goals as outlined in the company Business Plan. He or she may also take on administrative tasks related to specifics of installations and project assignments (data collection, ROI formulation, etc.). He or she will also be responsible for assisting in the planning, organizing and managing preventive maintenance, cleaning, and repairs to equipment.
