DH Wine Compliance was recently awarded as one of the North Bay Business Journal’s 2018 Best Places to Work. We are Five-Time winners for this award and believe the key to our success is valuing our team members as much as, if not more, than we value our clients.

The culture is defined as family supportive, light hearted and fun, where employees enjoy spending time together participating in potlucks and games at the office.

Employees say the flexibility and acceptance of individualism makes them feel they have a sense of control in their roles, which increases efficiency and employee wellbeing tremendously.

“Our jobs are demanding, and things can get pretty stressful at times, so we try to lighten things up as often as possible — which might include a little, or more than a little, bit of wine.”

DH Wine donated backpacks to individuals in need after the fires. Staff received time off to help volunteer with local organizations helping with the relief effort.

“Many employees and customers were affected. We stood up to assist others who were not able to make it to the office, and also by working with state agencies to request leniency — since many clients could not file taxes/reports or gather data to remain in compliance. It definitely brought us together.”
