Located in Cotati, Sonoma Distilling Company’s new whisky distillery entailed a conversion of a manufacturing space into a distillery. The project required new geotechnical upgrades, underslab utilities, new sloped slabs with trench drains, and a new 4’ foot thick distilling tank pad, and installation of 10,000-gallon underground containment tank inside existing building, below tank pads. The project required engineered shoring solutions and extensive utility infrastructure improvements both onsite and offsite.
