Antica Winery is a new 150,000 case per year Italian style estate winery. The facility is designed to highlight entry terraces and portals to 36,000 square feet of caves for aging in barrels.

The facility includes crushing, pressing, fermenting, bottling and case goods areas. Future phasing includes administrative, meeting and banquet rooms with a kitchen.

The site development includes entry gates, an entry road and process and domestic waste systems.
