We've created and designed a "flexible" tank with sure-seal removeable lids that allow open-top fermentation, and can also be used as a closed-top blending and storage vessel. Our innovative top-and-gasket system is easy to install, interchangeable, and provides a dependable seal.

Our cost-effective removable lids are available in several sizes. You get more use from your open top fermenter because you can also use the wine tank for storage and fill it all the way to the top.
